In order to protect people from unexpected fees and overlarge bills, the No Surprises Act requires that potential clients and patients of healthcare providers be given a Good Faith Estimate on the cost of services. You will receive this estimate via email if you complete the new client registration process. This form does not obligate you to work with Tales of Resilience Counseling.Â
