Individual Counseling
Working with a therapist is more than just telling someone your problems. It’s having a safe place to grow and explore who you are. In these 30-90 minute sessions, we will work to address sources of anxiety, trauma, and emotional dysregulation. The goal is to help you to see yourself as the person you are striving to be: capable, unique, and resilient.
Relationship Counseling
Whether you are monogamous, non-monogamous, or a relationship anarchist, navigating conflict can be difficult without support. In these 60-90 minutes sessions, we address shared values, conflict resolution, and building genuine trust and commitment to the relationship as a whole.
Family Counseling
Families come in all shapes and sizes. When a member of a family experiences a significant change, it changes the whole system. From growing older to acquiring a disability to getting a dream job, these 60-90 minute sessions are dedicated to managing the health of the family system.
DBT Skills Training - Group Counseling
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is built on the understanding that we are all trying to do the best that we can, but with new skills, we can do better. These 12 week modules focus on Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance skills to help participants learn to understand and manage strong emotions.
Group counseling is 90-minutes, weekly, for 12 weeks.
